Alicia S. Huddleston, PhD
Alicia Huddleston is the principal consultant at Huddleston Consultants, LLC, as well as a researcher, author, and adjunct professor at DePaul University. As a respected national and international speaker, she leads and serves in business, education, and faith-based organizations. With seventeen years of leadership experience, she firmly believes that effective leadership is fundamental to any organization’s success. One of her core missions is to continue inspiring leaders through positive influence.
Through workshops, seminars, and conferences, Alicia shares practical insights and research drawn from her extensive and diverse experiences. Her current work and passion centers on The Leadership Exchange Summit, a national in-person gathering of intergenerational leaders across academia, business, faith-based organizations, government, and healthcare. This Summit provides an opportunity for leaders to analyze and discuss how their lived experiences (formative years, self-awareness, emotions, and decision-making) have impacted them as self-leaders and consequently shaped their organizational leadership. Using her neuroscience-based model, The I Framework©, participants are guided in exploring a fundamental leadership question: "What are people receiving in exchange for my leadership?"
Alicia holds a BA from Trinity International University, an M.Ed. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Ph.D. from DePaul University.
